Eventide Apartment Development.

The Eventide Apartment Development is a R900-million luxury apartment block development constructed below Victoria Road in Clifton, Cape Town.

This challenging site had to be excavated and developed on a steep slope running down a cliff face towards the ocean.

The apartment block is a 10-storey complex with 32 luxuriously furnished apartments. The complex was the first of its kind in the area: full-height vehicle lifts were incorporated into the design. Altogether 400 000 cubic metres of excavation material weighing some 200 000 tons had to be removed from the site.
