Design and construction of a shopping centre in Blantyre, Malawi..

This project in Chichiri, Blantyre, Malawi was a direct response to the demand for a one-stop shopping experience in Blantrye.

The project encompassed 8 733 square metres of gross lettable area, including a 3 712 square metre Shoprite supermarket and a number of well-known South African retailers, the balance being made up of Malawian tenants. 368 parking bays were provided for as well.

The building is face-brick construction with standard shop finishes, steel roof and steel/ timber roof trusses.
